Pre-Construction
Timeline: 1-3 months
Builder Introduction Meeting
- Initial site visit.
- Discuss floor plan requirements.
- Design wish list, etc.
- Prepare Cost to Build Proposal.
Proposal Review Meeting
- Review cost to build proposal. (If yes) Sign Construction Agreement and make deposit, 5% of Project Budget.
- Architectural plan review.
- Send plans out for competitive bid.
- Design selections due.
Pre-Construction Meeting
- Review Cost to Build Budget.
- Review Selections.
- Final edits to Construction Plans.
- Review Bi-Weekly Budget Review and Draw Schedule.
- Finalize Construction Financing.
Design Selection Meeting
- Design 1: Determine the overall conceptual design. Colors, materials, mood, etc.
- Design 2: Review materials, fixtures, and finishes.
- Sign off on Selection Sheet.

Timeline: 6-9 months

- 1 year warranty on workmanship and material.
