Pre-Construction

Timeline: 1-3 months

  • Initial site visit.
  • Discuss floor plan requirements.
  • Design wish list, etc.
  • Prepare Cost to Build Proposal.
  • Review cost to build proposal. (If yes) Sign Construction Agreement and make deposit, 5% of Project Budget.
  • Architectural plan review.
  • Send plans out for competitive bid.
  • Design selections due.
  • Review Cost to Build Budget.
  • Review Selections.
  • Final edits to Construction Plans.
  • Review Bi-Weekly Budget Review and Draw Schedule.
  • Finalize Construction Financing.
  • Design 1: Determine the overall conceptual design. Colors, materials, mood, etc.
  • Design 2: Review materials, fixtures, and finishes.
  • Sign off on Selection Sheet.

Construction

Timeline: 6-9 months

Meet on site to celebrate the groundbreaking of your new home project.
Weekly phone call updates throughout the build to keep you updated on what has been completed and what is scheduled for completion for the upcoming week.
Look behind the walls at the mechanical systems. Verify options installed per plan.
Introduction to your new home. Demonstration of the functional components of the home. Fit and finish verification.

Completion

1 year check-in to ensure your home is functioning as planned.
  • 1 year warranty on workmanship and material.
  • 2 year warranty on major mechanical.
  • 10 year warranty on foundation.
